Lunada Bay is a picturesque seaside residential community within the city of Palos Verdes Estates. The bay is defined by a large nearly perfect semicircle shape; perfect for watching sunsets, or catching epic waves during winter swells or paddling on glassy lake like days.
A close knit community of over 2000 homes and local businesses, Lunada Bay is a great place for families with all three public schools within the area. Other features of the area include parks, green spaces, trails with incredible vistas, a Par Course for the exercise enthusiast, Lunada Bay Little League field, and the PVE Shoreline Preserve.

PVE Programs
Learn more about several programs overseen by the Chief of Police that benefit all residents. Prepare your household in the event of a major disaster and help increase our community’s survivability by joining a response team with PVE Disaster Preparedness. Help our senior residents prepare to stay safe and independent in their homes with the PVE Cares program. Work with your neighbors to increase the quality of life and safety within our community with the Neighborhood Watch program.

PVP Schools
Visit the PVP Unified School District site for information on the local public schools and access to the local PTA sites or booster clubs. The LBHOA, local schools, and PTAs continue to work together and support each other to bring meaningful and fun-filled events to our neighborhood. Member volunteers from each of these groups enable us to maintain a strong community.
PVP Transit Authority
If you need to get around the Peninsula, catch a ride on one of the PVPTA busses. The PVPTA bus routes connect residential areas with schools, libraries, commercial areas, and regional bus lines. Visit the PVPTA site for information on route maps and how to obtain bus passes or tokens.
