What a fabulous Harvest Festival!!! I heard so many people say that this was our best event yet! From the 84 (you read that right!!) pumpkin racers, the fabulous activities for kids, to our LBHOA Member Area – you could feel the shift of seasons in the air and the energy of a vibrant and engaged community!
Event’s like these take a lot of planning and work. I’m grateful to all of the following people for their contribution in the weeks leading up to the event. Without them, it would not have been possible.
- Our team of volunteers! From Vanessa Carey and Ashley McConnell who really know what your kids want in terms of rides, to Amanda Ruehle and Regan Adams for getting us crafts, to Susie Duarte who has been by my side for years now and coordinates our youth volunteer groups – without ALL of their help and support, there is no Harvest Festival
- Judit Kadar who envisioned and brought to life our Members Only Area with the help of her husband and their kids.
- Carlos Ventura for his fabulous graphics that always perfectly reflect the event.
- The Mehta Family for the Dodgers tickets.
- Lunada Bay Hardware for their help in securing pumpkin racer wheels
