LBHOA helped make the first annual youth initiative clean up event a success (originally known as Callie’s Community Clean-Up). The event took place on May 4th. A total of 27 local residents participated, with ages ranging from 2 to 79!
Children were provided a scavenger hunt sheet of commonly found litter to make it entertaining.
Future events will be planned. To encourage participation, the organizers intend to advertise more and provide advanced notice of dates with reminders.
