Exciting news!! The Patio Building is now offering Flex Space. This new space is located on the ocean side of the Mediterranean Revival-style Lunada Bay Patio Building. Ideal for small conferences, meeting clients, seminars, workshops, pop-ups, networking or small celebrations or gatherings.
This 750 sq ft space can accommodate 10-14 guests. Available 7 days a week with pricing starting at 50.00 for a 2 hr minimum. Come check it out at the Open House on Saturday, May 21st from 2-5pm.
