Candidate’s Personal Statement:
I see PVE struggling with issues that never had to be issues if it were not for present city council and planning commission. Issues:
- Sale of Parkland
- Malaga Cove Plaza commercialization study
- Fiasco of Lunada Bay Boys
- Proliferation of cell phone antennas
- Lack of transparency.
A political journalist wrote: “It isn’t bad if people see a shift in decision making. It is not bad if the city is on his or her side for a change. In fact, it is unifying.”
I am a unifier and a citizen politician, and first and foremost a citizen of PVE.
